Arabella Residence - Cairo

The entrance is difficult to locate!!! The heating system was inadequate, leaving the room uncomfortably cold!!! Communication about the shuttle may lead to frustration over taxi fees!!!

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The staff was really helpful and accommodating.

The location is difficult to find, causing me to waste time searching for the entrance. The heating in the room was non-functional. Despite setting it to 28 degrees, I was freezing! Lastly, the room cleanliness was appalling, with peeling paint due to humidity, made me question the hotel's standards.

The hotel was fairly clean and we had a nicely furnished and huge room. The room with a kitchen. The vibe here was quiet.

Fairly clean and the staff was polite and honest. We walked everywhere, the location was great, close to the airport. What's more, it was just off nice restaurants, and the local shops such as milk, bread.

The stay included a well-equipped room. The experience was marred by a lack of warming in the room and persistent disturbances from staff early in the morning. The breakfast didn't meet expectations, and there were issues with the transportation options provided.

Enjoyable overall experience. Clean hotel with exceptionally nice location in Cairo very close to Arabella Residence. Really helpful and very helpful staff, always with a smile. A wide range of outstanding options for meal.

The breakfast was horrendous, and I barely stayed awake long enough to eat it. Upon checking in, I felt utterly disrespected when my documented payment was doubted. As a special guest, I expected a complimentary drink or something grand, but all I got was a lackluster attitude from the staff. Absoluteley absurd, I just couldn't write a good review.

Solo travelers really good comfort

The staff was always supportive, solving my issues promptly. I loved the cozy room, especially the big washroom with a bath and two windows, gave me the comfort I needed to unwind.

It wasn't inexpensive but it was still acceptable for the value you get.
